Non-Refundable Charges

Termination After Refund Period

Requests made after the 7-day Refund Period are not eligible for refunds. However, your subscription will remain active until the current billing cycle ends unless manually canceled in your E10Flix account settings.

Device Return Policy

If an Android TV box or streaming device was provided by E10Flix, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging after cancellation. Damage or loss of equipment may incur a replacement fee.
