• Subscribers are not authorized by M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd. to re-distribute the Internet services provided by M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd. to any other users.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd. confirms that it has all the rights to amend any kind of new terms and conditions at any point of time at its discretion and the subscriber shall be bound to accept the same.

Equipment and Compliance

M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd. confirms that any kind of equipment to enable the access of its Entertainment & Media is the responsibility of the subscriber and shall not use any illegal devices/software as per the rules of Govt. of India.

Service Uptime

M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd. guarantees to provide 95% uptime of the Entertainment & Media average subject to force measures and Physical Cable Network working or app condition through which Internet access is enabled by the provider. Network availability is measured at the application/android box of the subscriber to M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd. router port.

Prohibited Activities

• The M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd. app or android box username should not be used for any spamming, call termination, network tampering, and any unauthorized services.

Disconnection of Service

The subscriber shall intimate M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd. in writing about the disconnection of service and should obtain acknowledgment from M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd.

Verification and Updates

The subscriber should frequently visit the URL https://mnetplus.in/ to verify whether the entertainment media provider is M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd. or not.

Android Box Return Policy

The android box installed at the customer's residence is the property of M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd. After disconnection of the service, the customer has to return the device to M Netplus Comm. Ser. Pvt. Ltd. in proper condition and with original box packaging.
